So this last week was extremely busy. I studied really hard Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday so that when Del came on Wednesday I wouldn't have any homework. I spent like 3 hours in the math lab working out problems so that I wouldn't fail my math test. haha.
Del got here on Wednesday, we mainly just lounged around my sisters and my apartment, watched some myth busters, had ice cream...it was good! I LOVE HIM!
Then thursday I had class and I woke him up in the morning so that he could let me in the door. We played tetris on his phone for a long time. Then we drove to a construction site (of a church) and asked if we could use some of their scraps...After my homemaking class [where I made a Banana cream pie and got an A] we went to Idaho falls so that I could get some skirts. The moon was gorgeous when we got back so we decided to go ahead and go out to the st. Anthony sand dunes and have a fire. It was a lot of fun just sitting there and talking about things. When we were done we covered the fire, loaded up, and went the applebees. MmmMmmGood!
Friday I woke up and went to class, and decided to let Del sleep since he had a long day/night ahead of him. I layed down and waited for him to tell me when he had woken up. I showered and went over for breakfast, and we just lounged around again all morning. When I got out of math class, we went out to the dunes again because he wanted to play with his truck. I was REALLY nervous...I had more fun out of the truck then in it. I honestly think thought that it was partially because i have never done any of that kind of stuff in sand before...Next time won't be as bad I don't think! So after peeing my pants like 33984 times, we came back home, did some homework on the quickest route to Laramie, and tried taking a nap. Failed so we went to the bank, had dinner and stephanie and andrews and tried for a little nap again. 2 hours later, he was rejuvenated, and ready to hit the road. I cried for like 20 minutes, and he kept me posted on where he was...i didn't want to distract him too much so I would only txt him back like once or twice. I finally went to bed around like 4am after doing homework and taking an online quiz and slept till noon. I made eggs and now i'm writing here. More pictures!
We're going to miss eachother:(
I love us a lot!
He loves his truck way too much!
I don't know why he
takes random pictures?
He had alot of fun I hope!

Fireworks
Today was one of those crazy days I guess...I had school and got a little bit of nap here and there. My dad went home today, I cried a little. I guess it's the whole moving on and growing up fact. I talked to Del for quite a long time on the phone, which was nice because no matter what we talk about I have a good time. He helped me with a lot of my Natural Disasters quiz online, that was very nice of him. He's such a sweetheart and I get to see him in 4 days!!! Can't wait:)
After all was said and done, and I worked on the same quiz for 3 hours (and still didn't pass) I started not to feel good. Then we were made to go to that MANDATORY housing meeting which was pretty dumb, but I got to see my sister tell kids to shut up so that was pretty good I guess....Astri and I decided we didn't want to go to the Apex party, and so we went with our neighbors in 601 to the dunes.
When we got there, we parked kind of on the road, and then we walked up the largest mountain of sand i've ever seen in my life...and built a fire. We were lighting off fireworks, Astri almost blew her face off, and the rest of ours too, it was kind of scary and funny at the same time. Then we noticed a cop car driving by so we stopped and hid the remaining fireworks. We didn't see him for awhile because we noticed that he was at the other fire near ours, so we just sat around the fire and talked/sang/told stories. Just as we began a progressive scary story, a spotlight came flying up the dune, and parked right next to us. He wrote us a warning for the fireworks and told us that had he caught us he would have to write EACH of us [like 30 people] a $125 ticket for just being there. Thank goodness we're lucky and were honest with him, had we lied, he would have written us up! So some kid took the blame, got a warning, the fireworks were gone, the cop flew out of there, we moved our cars off the road to avoid a road blocking ticket, and we carried on. The cop even told us some story about how the dunes were actually there. It was supposed to be scary but he left his spotlight on, so it wasn't. haha. The fire started to die down, and we were getting pretty chilly. My butt was so cold from the sand, and my feet were freezing. Luckily I wore my carhart over a light zip up so I was warm in the upper body, until my face and ears froze...we kept scooting closer and closer to the fire till we couldn't get anymore heat from it lol. Then we came home, hung out with Leaf and the rest of the boys in 601...and then I came home to finish my quiz. I'm still not satisfied with the 9/10 but it will have to do because it's the best score i've recieved so far. I'm afraid if I take it again, I'll loose it, and get a lower one. It's ok my teacher drops the two lowest quiz scores at the end of the semester anyway...
Well heres a picture of our friend Amanda from 510, Astri and Me.

Devotional
I have to make this short because I'm getting ready to head to devotional, but I think I just participated in the best religion class ever. I love my teacher, he has something about him that drives you to listen and soak up everything he says. He's also very humorous which makes the class ten times better than others! He also told us the President Clark (BYUI President) Is trying to make it so that tuesdays are dress up days...where we have to come in our sunday best, all day to classes! Sick, sounds uncomfortable, but he's a man of God and we have to heed to his council...yeah But, I think I got a job. Scuba Steve just called me and told me he thinks he has a job for me. He called the guy and told the guy I was coming in and stuff, so we'll see how it goes. I'm really excited, apparently they'll work around my schedual which would be very nice and everything, hopefully i'll make more than minimum wage though! haha well i'm off to devotional!

The Roommates
Rockin Randy
Today I woke up at 11am which was really nice, and much needed sleep. Last night was way hectic because there was kind of some drama in my life, which sucked. I'm always so scared of loosing that which makes me happier than I can imagine! So, point being I was up until like 2am. After waking up and talking to Mckenzie, my dad and I went to the car wash with Andrew to wash my car and get the pitch/sap off of the hood and bumper. It was a messy task let me tell you. I did some laundry, had dinner at Stephanie and Andrews, Changed baby Davids diaper, and lighted my mom's birthday candles. When I got back home, Whitney and Mckenzie had put brown paper up on one wall in our living room. It looks way good, and so much better than what I imagined when they said it was the color of cardboard. Anyways then we had this Johnny Cash impersonater come over, whose awesome by the way.... There was like 35 people stuffed in our living room. It was quite fun and I met a lot of new people. Anyways everyone left, and the roommates decided to watch a movie (premonition) but i'm way too tired for that. So here's some pictures from tonight!

Piece of cake
Last night after breaking into my aparment the roommates came back, it was a lot of fun. We sat on the floor with Amanda and Hilary from other apartments, eating a cake. Ashtri brought out some strawberries and they were dipping them in the cake frosting...sick. haha anyways, I went to meet my Iteam today, it was alright I guess. We played lots of games, everyone was kinf of cliquey, but I guess that happens when your fake. Ashtri and I met some really nice girls from 312 that we'll probably hang out with sometime, I'm not sure. We met the other two roommates today, named Whitney, and Danny. Pretty sweet gals if I do say so myself! That's pretty much it, I haven't decided if i'm going to the dance tonight or not, I guess we'll see!

Breaking and Entering
Sunday, the day of rest...psh, yea right not at college! haha. So I woke up at 3am last night to a phone call from Del, and realized that it was ridiculously hot in my bedroom. When I got out of bed, I thought that I should check the thermostat just in case someone bumped it. Turns out my roommate Giovanna didn't have any of her blankets of bedding out of storage (because she choose to go on a date instead) and she got really cold, so she kept turning the HEAT all the way up to 100. haha so I turned it back down, and when I woke up at 8am, she had turned it back up! haha Ashtri and I laughed so hard at her. You see, she's from Peru and sometimes hard to understand, but she's so funny! I love her! So I get up and shower, and around 9am I began knocking on her door, thinking that it's so wierd that she's not awake, considering church begins at 9:30am. Well she's so silly that she locked her door when she went to bed, and so I couldn't open it to wake her up! 15min. later I pounded on the door, and she rolled out of bed, of course she didn't have an alarm either. So we were an hour late to the first sunday of the semester. She told me to go ahead and go and she'd meet me there, but I don't know anyone so there was no chance that I was going to agree with doing that! Anyways, church was really good, and so was sunday school. The lesson was great, and it was intresting to look around and try to learn names of those in my ward. Some intresting people. I even recognize some, who knows why. I think some lived in Omak, or Wenatchee or something.
Giovanna and I came home and she made a little pasta dish with Chicken/Corn/Peas/Speghetti sause/and chicken. It was REALLY good! We had two girls socializing with us for a few hours named Amanda, and Hillary. They are sweethearts. Tonight we made brownies and moved the rest of Giovanna's stuff in. Some people came over to play games, but Paige and Lisa Saure wanted to see my new nephew baby David, so I took them over to Stephanie's.
When I got home with some peaches and brownies, my door had been locked. Givanna and her friends had left all the ligths on and stuff covering the counters (I cleaned today) It wasn't the nicest welcoming home. Haha, so I was stranded outside my apartment, I had no idea what to do. Finally I took the screen out of my window and crawled through my bedroom window. What an experience! I'm loving it here, but honestly wish that I didn't have to take classes! That sucks you know. Well I need to get something in my belly! I'm starving haha.

change
Today I moved completely into my apartment, and tonight is my first night in my new bed. We'll see how it works out I guess! It should be okay, I think. I went to a movie tonight with my roommate Ashtri and her mom, that was pretty fun. Tomorrow is church, and i'm really tired, so I should get to bed right away so that i'm able to awake my sleepy sleepy eyes!

New home
Well here I am, just arrived yesterday to college...only school doesn't start till next wednesday. I don't move into my apartment until saturday, so i'm just staying at my sisters house with my parents. She just had her baby! Probably the cutest newborn i've ever seen! I love him. His name is David Lynn Hansen and he's quite the adorable baby! I just thought I'd create a blog so that I can electronically keep a college journal. Should be fun, and interesting if i'm able to keep it updated haha...
